Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with CVCraft AI. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About us

CVCraft AI is a sole trader business operating in the United Kingdom, providing professional CV writing and cover letter services via cvcraft-ai.co.uk.

2. Our services

We provide the following services:

All documents are delivered digitally to the email address provided at the time of order.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed by completing our online form and paying via Stripe. Payment must be received in full before we begin work on your document. All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we do not store or have access to your card details.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver all completed documents within 24 hours of receiving your order and payment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will notify you by email if there is likely to be a delay. Documents are delivered to the email address provided during checkout.

To complete your order, we require:

The quality of your document depends on the quality of the information you provide. We cannot be held responsible for poor results caused by insufficient or inaccurate information.

6. Revisions

Customers who purchase the CV + Cover Letter bundle are entitled to one free revision request, submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Revision requests must specify clearly what changes are required. Individual CV or cover letter purchases do not include a free revision, but we will endeavour to resolve any reasonable concerns raised within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced on your document. If you are unhappy with your document, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to address your concerns. We reserve the right to offer a partial or full refund at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

8. Intellectual property

Upon delivery and full payment, you own the rights to your completed document and may use it freely for your personal job search. We retain the right to use anonymised, non-identifiable examples of our work for marketing and promotional purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

CVCraft AI provides career document services only. We make no guarantee that use of our documents will result in job interviews, offers of employment, or any other specific outcome. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

10. Acceptable use

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information when placing your order. You must not use our service to create fraudulent, misleading or dishonest documents. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
