Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with CVCraft AI. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About us

CVCraft AI is a trading name of Mihir Hindocha, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, providing professional CV writing and cover letter services via cvcraft-ai.co.uk.

2. Our services

We provide the following services:

• CV rewrite: a professionally written CV tailored to your target role (£9.99)
• Cover letter: a tailored cover letter for a specific job application (£6.99)
• CV + Cover letter bundle: both documents for a single application (£14.99)

All documents are delivered digitally to the email address provided at the time of order.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed by completing our online form and paying via Stripe. Payment must be received in full before we begin work on your document. All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your card details.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver all completed documents within 24 hours of receiving your order and payment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will notify you by email if there is likely to be a delay. Documents are delivered to the email address provided during checkout.

5. What you need to provide

To complete your order, we require:

• Your current CV or a description of your work experience
• The job title and ideally the job description for the role you're applying for
• Any specific instructions or requirements

The quality of your document depends on the quality of the information you provide. We cannot be held responsible for poor results caused by insufficient or inaccurate information.

6. Revisions

Every order includes one free revision if you are unhappy with the result. Revision requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@cvcraft-ai.co.uk, and must specify clearly what changes are required.

7. Cancellation and refunds

As a consumer buying online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

Because we start work straight away, when you place an order we ask you to confirm that you want work to begin immediately and that you understand you lose your right to cancel once your document has been delivered. This means:

• If you cancel before your document has been delivered, we will give you a full refund.
• Once your document has been delivered, the right to cancel no longer applies.

To cancel, email contact@cvcraft-ai.co.uk with your name and the email address you used to order. We will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your document has not been prepared with reasonable care and skill, you are entitled to have it redone or, if that is not possible, to a full or partial refund. If you are unhappy with your document, see section 6 for your free revision.

8. Intellectual property

Upon delivery and full payment, you own the rights to your completed document and may use it freely for your personal job search. We retain the right to use anonymised, non-identifiable examples of our work for marketing and promotional purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

CVCraft AI provides career document services only. We make no guarantee that use of our documents will result in job interviews, offers of employment, or any other specific outcome. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

10. Acceptable use

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information when placing your order. You must not use our service to create fraudulent, misleading or dishonest documents. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
