Who runs it
CVCraft AI is a trading name of Mihir Hindocha, a sole trader. It is not a limited company, so there is no Companies House record: the business and the person are the same, and Mihir is responsible for it. It is based in Pinner, HA5 4HG, in north-west London, and started trading in 2026.
What we sell

Each one is written for a single job advert you send us, following UK conventions. You pay once. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
How the work is done
Every document is drafted by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, from what you send us and against our written rules for UK CVs and cover letters. Software then checks the draft against your order: every employer, date, number and qualification has to come from what you sent. The Word file reaches you within 24 hours of payment, usually within a few minutes, and a person reads every document before the PDF follows, also within 24 hours.
We don't interview you, and we only write what you tell us. If a line would be stronger with a detail we don't have, we leave it out and say so. You can ask for one free revision within 48 hours of delivery. What you send is processed by Anthropic to produce the draft; the privacy policy explains who sees your details and for how long.
What we don't promise
No CV or cover letter can guarantee you interviews or a job, and we don't claim ours will. For director and board-level roles, a specialist who interviews you is usually a better fit than we are, and our CV pricing checker says so.
